Overview of Event
The Annual Samaritans Circle Graduation Banquet is the
highlight of the year at Helping Up Mission. This is a special day when those who have worked so hard to bring change to their lives, and those who worked so hard to make this change possible, are brought together.

We celebrate the hard work and success of the graduates, we say thank you to all the generous modern-day Good Samaritans, we allow current and potential donors to get a glimpse of what their donations can accomplish, and we give honor and praise to our great God for His grace that transforms lives.

Click here to Download the Banquet Sponsorship Form.

What does it mean to be a “Table Host?”
Banquet sponsors are also eligible to be a table host. Table Hosts assume responsibility for filling the seats at their tables.

Can I sponsor the banquet, but not host a table and/or attend?
Yes. Banquet Sponsors are not required to host a table or attend the banquet. Many of our Sponsors are interested in supporting the cause, but are unable to attend…or prefer to let the Mission fill the seats.

How will my Banquet Sponsorship be used?
Your Sponsorship…

  • Allows family members of Mission graduates to attend the banquet at no cost.

  • Helps underwrite the cost of the banquet…

    • Making it possible for Mission Staff and Board of Directors to invite people who are considering becoming Mission donors

    • Allowing all funds raised at the Banquet to go toward Mission needs

  • Helps cover expenses associated with the expansion of
    Mission facilities.
