Helping Up Mission provides hope to people experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction by meeting their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. Since 1885, the Mission has been changing lives in the Greater Baltimore community.

Only in the rare instance that an individual is a danger to other guests. If that is the case, our staff will refer that person to other local resources as best as they can.
