Helping Up Mission Uses Opioid Restitution Fund to Expand Mobile Outreach

Helping Up Mission was recently featured in The Baltimore Sun for using a portion of the $5 million we have been promised through the Opioid Restitution Fund to fund a new mobile outreach vehicle. This new vehicle will help us expand outreach efforts and better connect with men and women experiencing homelessness and addiction across Baltimore.
