Rosemary Got a Second Chance at Helping up Mission
“I came to Helping Up Mission because I couldn’t stop using, and I knew I needed help. I’ve been to different treatment programs, but after just 6 days at Helping Up Mission, my whole outlook changed. I never had much love growing up, but here, I’m surrounded by it. There’s more love… more help… more understanding than I’ve ever experienced. They don’t give up on you. They want the best for you. Not everyone gets a second chance, but I did, thanks to Helping Up Mission.”
“I had nothing when I came here … now, I have clothes, a bed and people who support me. The Mission is like a home to me.”
— Katherine, a graduate of our women’s Spiritual Recovery Program
